Will has been an entrepreneur since the age of 8, when he dug seams of clay out of a creek, packed them in Ziploc bags and carried them around the neighborhood in his Radio Flyer wagon until he had sold every one.
His past work as a writer, strategist, and creative director has won many local, national, and international awards. He has conducted workshops around the world with more than 100 leadership teams across many different industries, helping them discover who they are, how to work well together, and how to create a uniquely valuable experience for their customers.
He is passionate about seeing teams thrive, and about coming alongside these teams to craft meaningful and unique plans that lead them to become a better version of who they’re made to be. His colleagues and clients frequently comment that he seems to have the superpower of bringing clarity where only fog existed previously. He has a unique ability to slice through the fluff and focus on the vital.

Chris has been an entrepreneur since the age of 10 when he sold wild blackberries and apples from a stand in front of his house in Washington State. He’s traveled to 48 U.S. states and lived in Nepal and Thailand along the way. Serving in three fast growing tech-related startups over the past 15 years has helped him appreciate the use of technology, but even more importantly the power of a unifying vision and a committed team.
He has served multiple Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies both as a consultant and as a partner, and enjoys studying what makes organizations of any size great.
His most recent adventure was a 3-year stint in his birth country of Nepal where he established a non-profit organization and helped some amazing social businesses expand their reach and impact in the country.
He gets jazzed about helping organizations and individuals identify their perceived growth ceiling, and punch through that ceiling.
On a good day you’ll find him running up a mountain or snowboarding down one.
