Will Gray

Will is a growth, marketing, and strategy specialist. He’s also been an entrepreneur since the age of 8, when he dug seams of clay out of a creek, packed them in Ziploc bags and carried them around the neighborhood in his Radio Flyer wagon until he had sold every one.

His work as a growth strategist, writer, and creative director has allowed him to work alongside more than 150 leadership teams across many different industries. During that time, he’s been honored to win many local, national, and even international awards for his work.

Will is experienced in all the specifics of marketing (advertising, websites / SEO, branding, sales collateral, video, loyalty programs, social media, email / mail marketing, customer experience design, etc).

But he’s especially gifted at identifying the most effective growth strategy for a business and then empowering an existing team to bring it to life.

He’s passionate about seeing teams thrive. He also gets a huge kick out of business leaders experiencing new bursts of joy and success. His colleagues and clients frequently comment that he seems to have the superpower of bringing clarity to patches of business fog.

Will is an unashamed film lover, foodie, and champion of fantastic local businesses.

Chris is a growth, sales, and strategy specialist. He’s also been an entrepreneur since the age of 10 when he sold wild blackberries and apples from a stand in front of his house in Washington State.

He’s traveled to 48 U.S. states and lived in Nepal and Thailand along the way. Serving in three fast growing tech-related startups over the past 15 years has helped him appreciate the use of technology, but even more importantly the power of a unifying vision and a committed team. 

Chris has served multiple Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies both as a consultant and as a partner, and enjoys studying what makes organizations of any size great. He gets jazzed about helping organizations and individuals unlock their growth. And ‘jazzed’ is definitely one of his favorite words.

His most recent adventure was a 3-year stint in his birth country of Nepal where he established a non-profit organization and helped some amazing social businesses expand their reach and impact. 

On a good day you’ll find him running up a mountain or snowboarding down one.
