Every company wants to have problem-solvers on their team.

The catch? Many employees don't know how to solve problems, and most think they're not creative enough to do a good job of it if they tried.

Through Creative Problem Solving 101, your employees will become more confident and more effective at solving problems—both on their own and in team settings.

Participants will learn a unique creative problem-solving process that is simple enough for anyone to learn and master. Participants will also learn powerful concepts that can help them bring productive creativity into their work.

The workshop lasts 2 hours and is held onsite at your facility, for groups of 20 or fewer. For larger groups or other locations, please make arrangements with Dr. Gray.
